Authorities have been monitoring the Tondo area from robbery holdup activities.

The area surrounding the Plaza Morga has dark streets at night which are ideal for evil-doers to rob and instantly escape before nearby residents notice them.

One of the jeepney passengers said that the suspects rode the jeepney in separate places.

Andro Panganiban, the jeepney driver said one of the suspects commanded him to slow down his driving.

Panganiban says this could buy the suspects time to gather the passengers belongings and escape freely.

Authorities recovered two 38-caliber pistols and the passengers’ stolen belongings.

Police said the unidentified suspects though dead will still undergo investigation to establish their identities and probable involvements in the previous robbery holdup cases in the district.
